The series

The Jackets are 17-14-1-1 against the Kings, including 6-9-1-0 in the Staples Center. This is the second of four meetings.

The setup

The Blue Jackets won 4-1 eight days ago in Nationwide Arena. Both the Blue Jackets and Kings played last night -- the Jackets at Anaheim, the Kings at Phoenix. This is the Blue Jackets' first back-to-back this season.
